Problem to load Json file, in C#, realsense2.dll already modify | Realsense D415

Good morning everyone, 

I've been using the realsense D415 camera for a few days now on a fruit recognition project. I'm trying unsuccessfully to load a .Json file generated from the realsense viewer. But when I launch my program I get the following message: hresult 0x8007001f: "a device connected to the system does not work". I could see several forum topics with people had the problem, but the solution given in the other topics to modify the realsense2.dll doesn't work for me. Do you have any idea why I had the problem if it's not the realsense2.dll ?
