Hi !
I have a ZOTAC EI750 Plus (intel i7-4770R) with GPU "Intel Iris 5200 Pro".
Iam trying to configure with my new Dell UP3214Q at 3840x2160 (60HZ) using a Display Port-Display Port 1.2 cable.
I have configured my Dell monitor at DP 1.2 mode.
I am using Windows* 7/8/8.1 GFX Driver Version 3621.
It only work at 3840x2160 (30HZ), impossible to get 60 HZ!.
Someone could help me?
Some old driver work at 60 Hz?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

Hello Isacumi, thanks for contacting us through the Intel Communities.
I'm trying to find additional information on this because according to the datasheet, this processor supports resolution up to 3840x2160 (60HZ).
I'll keep you posted.

Ok, Thanks for reply...
I am almost sure that it is a driver problem.
In fact with old driver the pc try to change mode to 60 hz (but finally it crash).
With last drivers no option (in the graphic configuration menu) to select 60 hz.
I repeat:
- Cable used it is Display Port 1.2
- Monitor it is a Dell UP3214Q with 3840x2160@60Hz capabilities
- Monitor configurated in DP 1.2 Mode.
No option to change refresh at 60 Hz

The intel drivers simply don`t work at 3840x2160 at 60fps, you get all sorts of strange problem when you enable DisplayPort 1.2 on the Dell monitor, even if you customise 3840x2160 60fps within the intel settings, (because 60fps is not even listed) it says something like... bandwidth is not large enough (I have the Swedish win 8.1) I really hope intel is aware now of this problem and tries to fix it

Guys, we already sent this information to the engineering team to follow up on this behavior.
Additional information could be found at the following thread. This thread is regarding the D54250WYK NUC with HD5000.
I'm going to request an update and I will let you know.

I Think your monitor goes into sleepmode, the dell monitor has a problem with that, do you have Revision 00 ? instead of reset the PC, try to just turn the monitor off and then on again and see if the image comes back

Hi
I did some research on the Dell UP3214Q and found an interesting review on AnandTech*. One thing mentioned is that there is a firmware update for the UP3214Q and it is also mentioned in a thread on the Dell Support site. Would it be possible for you to verify that you have the latest firmware on your UP3214Q with Dell Customer Support? The FW revision will be written on the back of your monitor next to the serial number. A01 is the updated firmware.
