Boa noite! Alguns dias atrás meu notebook congelou a tela, sendo necessário reinicia-lo de com o boato power. Logo depois liguei novamente e ele carregava a bios, ficando com a tela preta quando deveria iniciar o sistema operacional. Tentei recuperar o sistema mas acabei formatando o mesmo. Com a formatação percebi que assim que eu conectava a internet o próprio windows atualizava a intel graphics e o problema voltava a acontecer. A tela fica preta e o computador fica tentando reconhecer o driver, esperando alguns segundos surge uma tela azul na qual anexei. A única alternativa que encontrei foi formatar, desativar as actualizações do windows e usar o computador sem o driver da intel graphics. O grande problema e que o notebook acaba ficando muito lento e travando para atividades simples. Eu consigo instalar todos os outros drivers, inclusive o driver da placa dedicada gtx 1060. Alguma solução?

I would recommend testing the system with the laptop manufacturer driver and the Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers
Version: 27.20.100.8280 (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29616/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers?product=126790) if the issue is still with both driver but the system works fine with Microsoft basic display adapter this could point to a hardware problem with the graphics portion of the intel processor and it is recommended to contact the laptop manufacturer to evaluate the system
NOTE: if you run into errors while completing the updates you can try the steps on Intel® HD Graphics Installation Error: This Installation Package is Not Supported by this Processor Type (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000027538/graphics-drivers/graphics-for-7th-generation-intel-processors.html).

Thank you for the response, if after the testing the issue is still persistent this might point to a hardware issue it the recommended step would be to reach the system manufacturer to evaluate the hardware.
