/thread/113261 Pablox, thank you for the report.
I checked your report and you have the latest Intel® HD Graphics version available, so I would like to check a couple of things;
- Could you please let me know your motherboard model?
- Have you tried using the driver provided by your computer manufacturer?
- Are you using a HDMI straight connection? What is the cable brand and model?
Regards,
Amy.

Motherboard: Gigabyte H110 DDR4
I don't have a manufacturer like Lenovo or Dell, it's a desktop computer made from 0 by a Computing and Technology Store, according to the specifications I asked. I suposse they installed the Intel Graphics Driver by defect (predetermined) I've been trying to use other drivers like Lenovo's or Dell's but it's worse...
Right know I have improved the image by completly uninstalling the driver and installing the last Intel version from zero. It looked better, but not the best. Besides, I tried 2 HDMI cables and didn't make a difference, until I tried a 3rd one (didn't have anything to lose, right?) and I could see another improvement in sharpness. But I still can see the difference compared to my other screens (tv, windows 10 laptop, ipad, iphone), it's still not the optime HD image. The colors in windows icons, menus and some images are poor quality, and also Chrome shows the same defect in it's icons and internet pictures.
On the other side, the video quality in youtube or the image quality in low-requirement games are way better than in windows desktop for example.
I do not have a separate video card, just the Intel HD Graphics from the micro.
PS: I can see the html and the advanced editor now from my iñad, but not from the pc.

/thread/113261 Pablox, the motherboard manufacturer provides graphics drivers, I checked the model you provided but there are several Gigabyte H110. Could you please confirm which on these http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Intel-H110 Intel H110 | Motherboard - GIGABYTE is the one you have? Then we can try with the drivers provided by Gigabyte.
Is there any chance you can take a picture of the poor quality you see?
Regards,
Amy.

Motherboard is Gigabyte H110M-H LGA 1151 DDR4.
I don't know if you'll be able to see what I see in my screen, may be the pictures will show just fine in yours. They definetly don't look good at all in mine. I hope you can see what I'm talking about in these examples:
Look at the pixels around the intel and home logos and the photo of the girl
This one is a 4K UHD picture: it looks better in my old VGA conexion computer than here. Even the colours are wrong, and the blur in the background, on the tree and the leaves. (This are pictures that I chose because I compared them in other screens that look just fine)
Here you can see it clearly in HD photos by looking at the faces of the players
I hope you can see them the way I do. I really hope there's a solution. I love high definition screens, I fell in love with them ever since they appeared, I couldn't stop staring at them at the stores when they first came out for sale, and I still can't. I can clearly see when there's a defect or something wrong about the image and it really bothers me. I work with computers, tablets, ipads, smartphones and other kind of screens and it's very easy to see the difference between what it should look like and what my new PC looks like. Please, help! Thanks for your patience and for your quick answers!

/thread/113261 Pablox, thank you for the screenshots. I was actually hoping that you were able to take pictures because I want to check if this might be related to the screen.
I checked your screenshots and they all seem high quality, to be honest I could not see any bad performance in colors or resolution.
Please try to install the Gigabyte driver which you can find here; http://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-H-rev-10# support-dl GA-H110M-H (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE.

Try the Intel VGA Driver version 21.20.16.4541, and in case you have not updated your BIOS try with BIOS F20.

I'm downloading the VGA Driver right now. As for the BIOS, I already have the F20 version.
A couple of days ago I bought a Graphics Card AMD Radeon R5 230 1Gb DDR3. The overall grapics improved, but the pictures and photos from the internet (even before and after download) still look very bad, all pixeled and distorted. Some videos show the same problem. I checked the internet connection and it's perfectly fine.
Here's what my computer is like: (DXDIAG info) may be you'll be able to see something out of place. If you go to the graphics card section you'll se this: Current Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (59Hz). Would this be a problem? because my OS is a 64mb system and my Monitor supports 60Hz. Should't I be able to use 1920x1080 (64 bit) (60Hz)?
Sorry I copied the DXDIAG info, I still can't see the "Use Advanced Editor" button. I'll install the VGA Driver and let you know how it goes. Thank you!

Thanks for the information.
The (32 bit) refers to the Color Depth, is not related to the instructions set.
Pablox, I would like to check one more thing regarding your processor, please run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool, and add the file once done. This test will help to check the health of your processor, please remove the graphics card when running the test

Amy.

Hello Amy,
I downloaded the Motherboard Driver you told me and installed it. It worked! I can see the pictures in HD definition and the desktop elements look very sharp.
Even though many pictures from google still look blury at first sight, once I click on them and maximize them, they look perfect.
Games also look and run even better than before.
Thank you for your patience and quick responses, and for helping me solve my problem! I learned a lot along the way.
Regards,
Pablo.-

PS: If anyone else has this problem, I suggest to check all the suggestions I received. One of them should definetly work for you!
PS2: Still don´t know why I`m writing in english when I presented my problem in spanish in the first place. Not that I have a problem, I love English! But if I didn´t understand it I think I wouldn`t have solved my problem. Just in case!
