Hello ACHER22, Thank you for joining this Intel Community. It seems that you are using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers and non-DCH drivers. This means that the Intel® Graphis Control Panel is bundled with the package driver and there is not need to install it separately. However, if your computer manufacturer is pushing new drivers via the Windows Update service, and if you had Windows DCH drivers installed, then the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers overwrites any DHC driver previously installed. If using non-DCH drivers: -Uninstall the Intel® Graphics Control Panel ONLY via Start > Settings > Apps & Features. -Restart the computer. -The Intel® Graphics Control Panel included in the non-DCH driver should work. If you have questions about Windows* DHC drivers, please refer to the following support web link. Frequently Asked Questions about Windows* DCH Drivers for Intel® Graphics https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031275/graphics-drivers.html If you have any further questions after following these steps, please let us know. Hello ACHER22, Please provide the following information to continue troubleshooting this issue: 1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. 2. What is your system model? Wanner G. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

Hello ACHER22, Thank you for your response. Since you are are not using the new Windows* DCH drivers, please follow these steps to perform a clean installation of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drivers. 1.Disconnect your unit from the Internet. 2.Uninstall both the Intel Graphics driver and the Intel Display audio driver. To do this, please follow the steps on the link below under these sections: -Uninstalling the Intel Graphics Driver via the Device Manager Method -Uninstalling the Intel® Display Audio Driver or the Intel® HDMI Audio Driver via the Device Manager Method. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005598/graphics-drivers.html 3.Restart your computer. Go to Device Manager and check if Windows installed another version of the graphics driver. If it does, please remove it and restart your computer one more time. Repeat the process until you get the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. 4.Once you do, please proceed with the clean install of the latest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) driver. 5.Once the latest driver has been installed, you may enable your Internet connection again. Note: There is no need to download the Intel® Graphics Control Panel from the Microsoft Store unless you are installing the new Windows* DCH drivers. Please let us know if the issue persists.
