You could try updating the Intel® HD Graphics to the latest, which you can find here https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26228/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-and-Windows-7-8-1-15-40-?product=88355 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 10 and Windows 7*/8.1* [15.40]. However, if the issue persists I recommend contacting the RDP software developer for more feedback in regard to this matter, it's possible that they are aware of the situation and can provide more troubleshooting steps.
