This is reather a post than a question per-se. Recently I have had the issue as presented in the following Intel article:

This was marked as a known issue.
I was able to resolve it recently by updating the drivers. My current driver version is:
- 31.0.101.5081
There is a chance for anyone out there searching for a solution to find this post and try this by themselves. Hope it helps.
