Red visual glitches while running A plague tale requiem

Hi, I have just bought a new laptop and it's core I7, 13th generation and 16gb ram and I updated the latest graphics version and everything but when I downloaded a plague tale requiem from Xbox there is red screen in the game and I can't play like that so is there any solution to that??

We understand you are experiencing issues with A Plague Tale: Requiem, we will be more than happy to assist you?

 

Please answer the following:

 

·      Was it working before?

·      Is there any specific step to replicate the issue?

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

 

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
