Samsung monitor 49' supporting 5120x1440 resolution but on can't be selected in Lenovo Windows 10

I have a new laptop Lenovo 20T00023US with Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).

I have connected a Samsung monitor 49' - Model C49RG90SSM
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU

This monitor support 5120x1440 resolution but I can't select it on this computer for some reason, the highest resolution available is 3840x1080 . 

I am fully updated with latest driver of UHD Graphics. I also tried the older version available  26.20.100.7985 but its not working also.

What to do? I don' think the problem is with the driver of the screen, since I already had older Lenovo laptop and it worked their with UHD 620, but for some reason I can't install it on this new laptop 😕

The maximum resolution for your processor graphics is 4096x2304.

My oldest computer is also lenovo i7-8650U and you can see it support the same, but not really. I got the 5120x1440 with the UHD 620 Graphics and it works fine.

I think the problem is with UHD Graphics latest versions... I checked several, none was working.

What changed between UHD 620 and UHD Graphics? Can't install the 620 at all now, but in my old computer with UHD 620 all works great with same samsung 49' monitor.

In many cases, it's the implementation of the HDMI port on their motherboard that is the issue. In these generations, the processor's GFX engine only supports HDMI 1.4. In order to support HDMI 2.0, they include an additional IC, called a LSPcon IC, that convert's the processor's (better) DisplayPort 1.2 output into a HDMI 2.0 output. Over the years, I have seen lots of issues with these ICs, typically in their F/W, that will disaffect support. You should check whether there is an update to this firmware available for your laptop model.
