Second monitor connection problem (software related problem)

Hi. I have an old monitor (DVI - 1440x900). I bought an HDMI to DVI converter and was using this monitor as a second display. The old Intel Graphic Control Panel software finds my monitor but the new software cannot find my monitor. Also, when I search from the settings section of windows, my monitor does not appear. What is the reason of this? Is there a solution?

That's why I copied the old Intel Graphic Control Panel software's file and still using it.
