Some vertical lines have appeared on monitor

Hello

I have bought a Dell Inspiron 5559 laptop with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.40 GHz a few years ago.  It was Ok, but today the display shows some vertical color lines (like the photo I have taken from it).

What is the problem and what do I must do to remove the problem? Meanwhile I have updated the windows, but it did not make the display better.

Screen is bad, or screen connector cable is bad/faulty.

Take the laptop to a repair shop.
