I am probably going to sound like a broken record or be one of many who has mentioned this, but, I am encountering the occasional screen flicker and my HD Graphics drivers for Windows 8 failing in Windows 10. Is there any word on updated drivers specifically for Windows 10 and when might those be available? I am running the i7-6500U if that helps at all. Any answers are greatly appreciated.

Hello @Allan_Intel I just tried extracting the installation into a folder then manually overriding the driver via device manager.
Even after a reboot, still no change to the flickering display.

I am sorry to hear you still have that problem, at this stage, I recommend waiting for newer driver releases at https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center

Description
Provide a detailed description of the issue
Screen flickers (briefly turns black) randomly and intermittently for durations between 0.5 and 1.5 seconds per outage, often in bursts of a dozen outages in 10-60 seconds. Seems worse during I/O, e.g., when sending data out via wifi, e.g., to post data to the internet (like this report) - or moving the cursor. Problem appeared during intial setup (prior to updates), and persists after all Windows Updates, Dell Updates, and Intel Graphics Driver Updates.
Does it fail every single time, or only sometimes?
If you can offer a % rate please do.
Uploading data seems to often (not always) trigger the flickering. The upload phase of www (dot) speedtest (dot) net is a good test. http://www.speedtest.net http://www.speedtest.net

Windows will not let me install the beta drivers because they are not certified for my machine (Dell XPS 13 new model 9350). Can you please tell the developers there is a widespread problem.

I'm experiencing the same problem on a new HP Spectre x360 4150-ND which has a Core i7-6500U as well. The graphics driver has been updated to the latest available on HP's website. I'm willing to provide additional information and/or logs upon request.

Have the exact same issue. Seen this problem reported on many manufacturer web sites so it seems like an Intel issue.
The beta driver seems to address this issue but I prefer to wait for the official release.
Hope this get patched up quickly. Very disappointing such basic functionality isn't working properly.
