Unable to check resizable bar status

I have been trying to fix this issue for months. I have gone in an updated the bios from the manufacturers website. I have an ASRock B660M Pro RS motherboard, and have and intel Arc A750 graphics card. I havent been able to update the graphics card due to the error with the resize bar and now my computer put my graphic settings into a basic display adapter. I really need help, I can run games and sites no problem except now a few of my games are stating my drivers are out of date.

You can check the status of Resizable BAR using the GPU-Z tool. You don't have to install the tool, just run it.
