Unable to update graphics card

Hi , I am unable to update my graphic card using this link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25588/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-15-36- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows 7/8.1* [15.36] for the drive highlighted below.

When i try to run the setup from the ZIP folder downloaded, this message popped out.

Based on the graphics report, I noticed that you are currently running the latest graphics driver available for your graphics controller.

This would be version 4380, there is no need to get an updated one for now. Allan.
