Unable to use extended monitor with Intel uhd graphics 620

I have a monitor (Acer G276HL) and when plugged in with a HDMI into my laptop, it only works if :

in 50 hz AND duplicated screen.

I want to extend monitors obviously but I'm not able to do it, even with the latest drivers updates.

Driver Version:"22.20.16.4691" you have installed is out-of-date.

Try drivers from this list https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126789/Intel-UHD-Graphics-620 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126789/Intel-UHD-Graphics-620

Select OS from right pull-down menu. Hit "show more".

To bypass message "best driver is already installed", "customized computer manufacturer driver" or "computer is not validated" install driver via have disk method as described at:

(ignore prolog about MS surface)
