When i change settings in gfxui the settings don't change.

When i change settings in gfxui the settings says to be changed but when i reopen gfxui to check that they've been changed they have the same settings as before i changed them.

Would you please send me the system information? Please type "msinfo32" under search and send me the information you get?

Attach the DX Diag report? (Start -> Run -> dxdiag -> Save All Information).
