I have been able to download it before. Now it claims that my system is not set up for it. This is a Lenova Ideapad and all the drivers are workly perfectly.

Huh? What does RAID have to do with this question? It shouldn't be involved at all. What exactly did the Lenovo support person say?

You should NEVER use 3rd party driver installers, unless you want to create problems. You NEVER know what payload the download may contain.
Also, I hope you are not thinking that 3rd party driver sites have drivers that will solve your problems.
Also, as you have been informed before, REMOVE your email address from the post, UNLESS you really like spam.

The Intel HD Audio driver is installed with the Intel HD Graphics driver. They are contained within the same installation package. When you install one, you get the other. If it is not working, go into the Mixer (Settings | System | Sound) and select it as the default device for sound output.
So Lenovo is punting. Too bad. They are getting as bad as Dell and HP (IMHO, the scummiest of the scum). What can you do about it? Well, for starters, never purchase anything from them until they change their scummy ways! This is already my rule for Dell and HP. Their so-called warranties are not worth the paper that they are written on. Demand better. Hardware should be warranted for a minimum of 3 years and must be accompanied by a commitment to provide driver and BIOS support for a minimum of 6 years. I would actually like to see both of these periods be a fully 6 years; this is my perception of the true amount of time that the average user will use a system. These system manufacturers would like you to believe that your hardware should be replaced every 18 months; what crap. Everybody should remember that warranty and support is included in what they pay for a system. If they don't offer - and deliver - the right level of support, even the fanciest system isn't worth the price. [Aside: you don't want to get me started discussing the "initial product quality" baloney the auto industry is always pushing. Do they really think I am that stupid?]
So, what can you do? Well, if the drivers were originally modified by Lenovo, you have to make a decision. If you need a newer driver to fix a real problem, you also need to be willing to give up the special features that the driver modifications provided. Otherwise, stick with what you have. This is a difficult decision for those who have dual-graphics; one of the special features could be support for switching between the two graphics solutions. Losing this capability can create real havoc. Features like support for DRM might be eliminated, so playing Blu-Rays and other protected content might be lost. Battery support can also be affected when you are locked into one driver or the other. I don't know whether this capability is part of your laptop's feature set but, if it is, think carefully about whether that fix is really needed.
If you want to update to a newer version of Intel's HD Graphics driver package, you need to uninstall completely the vendor-provided package and any other versions of the Intel driver installed by Windows Update. This is a complicated process and I will only take the time to fully layout this process it if you are serious about doing it.

What you should do is to take your laptop to a computer repair shop. It will cost you, but you will save time.

But yes, I would uninstall and then install the latest available for your model on the Lenovo site.
