Yes I was going to sign up to get Windows 10 but it ran a scan and basically said "Intel HD Graphics 4000 you'll experience problems with your display" I am guessing Intel or Toshiba will not release a Windows 10 driver. I am pretty disapointed since I only bought this computer like 8 months ago I bought Satellite C55-A5100. Anyway around this issue or maybe I will just have to keep Windows 8.1? If anyone has any thoughts or anything that would help that would be great.
Thanks,
Tony

Have a Toshiba P840 with same Intel Graphics driver and have exact same problem. I expect Intell will bring out a driver before Windows 10 upgrade goes active on July 29th.
I think Intel is dragging the chain a bit here.

Initially I also receievd the same message from the Windows 10 upgrade advisor. However, that warning has now disappeared & I receive the message that my Vaio laptop is "ready to upgrade".

Received notification of your post, checked my wife's Toshiba again and, like you spock33, the warning has disappeared and she can now "boldly go where no man has gone before".

sdenutz, I didn't receive any message with a link, it just went away all on its own. I had also had a previous warning from the W10 advisor re Bluetooth connectivity but I updated the driver from the Intel site & that cured it.

Try running Windows Update again because you may get the "fix" through that, as my wife's ran Update after the error message & that fixed the error. It may take some time before a 'fix' is released.
I can't help you with your other problems, best to contact Asus help desk.

There is a new Windows 10 update for Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.0, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.2, Graphics Adapter WDDM1.3 - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000. The msg says, "We need to start a separate installation to complete this update. Select Install to start it. If you don't see the install window, minimize this window, or check the taskbar."
But when I clicked Install, the progress wouldn't finish for hours. I subsequently used Intel's own update utility to detect what driver needs to be updated and finished the update. But the windows 10 msg won't go away. I am concerned that it would hold off other future windows 10 updates. Could you guys communicate with Microsoft? Thanks.

If you have an OEM system, I strongly recommend updating your drivers from your system manufacturer website and not with the Intel® Driver Update Utility and after that try to update Windows again.

Well, Dell says, "No driver updates found. Your system has the most recent updates. Driver detection complete." But at the sametime, Windows 10 update keeps telling me that they want me to install the update for the graphics card, but the installation process never completes. That is why I resort to Intel Drive Update Utility to finish the job. I have tried to uninstall the update done thru Intel, but the Windows 10 update still won't go thru.
Btw, is it true that the graphics card contains the audio part as well? I mean
IDT 92HD91BXX @ Intel Panther Point PCH - High Definition Audio Controller [C-1]PCI
My sound has been normal under windows 8.1, but since I upgraded to Windows 10, the volume dropped. Not sure if updating the graphics driver thru Intel Drive Update Utility could also fix the audio driver.

Hello superman,
Could you please provide with the model of your system.
The Intel® HD Graphics provide video and sound to your system.
At this point, I recommend uninstalling the graphics driver and installing it again.
You can follow the steps to uninstall the graphics driver at:
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-034574.htm
You can manually download the latest driver here:

Hi there,
I have tried the uninstalling and reinstalling before. The card and the audio seems to work fine now, other than it could not remove the update reminder from Windows 10. Also good news is that that Windows 10 update did not hold up other windows 10 updates, but just still lingers as a pending update. If Intel could communicate with Microsoft, that would be great. Thanks,

Hi superman,
In this case, if you have all the updates from DELL I would recommend waiting to see if more updates will go through and please see http://www.windowscentral.com/how-prepare-your-pc-windows-10-upgrade How to prepare your PC for the Windows 10 upgrade
