Hello DKveer,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I know it is very annoying when having Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) with the Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics, I am more than glad to help you.
To have a better idea of the issue and then start with the next steps, please answer the following questions:
- To check which BSOD issue you have, take screenshots of it.
- When did the issue start? For example, after a driver update, etc.
- When does the issue happen? For example, while playing a game, randomly, when doing something specific, etc.
- To know a little bit more about your computer hardware and software, run and attach the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) report, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Hello DKveer,
Thank you for your response and for sharing the picture and SSU report.
I see in the report that you have installed at this moment Windows 10. Just to clarify, when you try to install Windows 11, the BSOD pops up is that correct? Or you were able to install it but once you do it you receive the BSOD, is this the way how the BSOD shows up.

Please follow the steps below and let me know if the behavior changes:
- Yesterday we released a new graphics driver version 31.0.101.4824, clean install it with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). You can use How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for guidance.
- I see you mentioned you updated the BIOS, did you update it to version 1220?

Hello DKveer,
Thank you for your time.
We have been working on the investigation, and now I have a couple of questions:
- Are there errors/yellow bangs in the device manager? If so, take screenshots of it.
- Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
- Did the issue happen right after updating to W10?
- Was the system working well at any point?
- Are you using DisplayPort or HDMI? Let me know if thee issue happens in both ports

Hello DKveer,
Thank you for your patience.
We have been working on the investigation, based on the image it looks like there are some drivers missing, please contact the Motherboard Manufacturer to make sure those drivers are properly installed. Those drivers are usually on the Motherboard website, however, it is better to make sure with them which are the ones you actually need.
I will wait for you to make sure the BSODs won't come back. Let us know the results after that.
