Windows update

After installing the latest windows 10 update, I did not have the graphics panel to adjust the edges of the screen. I have a TV as a monitor and I could not reduce the screen vertically and widely so that I could have the start button and all icons available. Has that been fixed?

Look in the start menu, under intel, for the Intel GCC.
