Alguna solucion??

Ok, ICS (@AlbertR_Intel, @WannerG_Intel) will need to put in a report on this issue. In my mind, it seems related to the issue where windows shrink and go to the upper left-hand corner of the screen when coming out of sleep.

Hello JMora26, We would like to take a look at your system configuration. Please provide this information: 1. How are you connecting your Intel® NUC to the TV/monitor? 2. Have you tried testing another monitor or cable? 3. What is the monitor' brand and model. 4. Run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread. 1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. Wanner G. Hello JMora26, Thank you for your response. Based on the information provided, we recommend following these steps: 1. Try using a straight-through connection with a single cable and see if the issue occurs.(HDMI* and Thunderbolt* 3 via Type-C*) 2. What is the HDMI* to DVI adapter you are using? Intel® HD Graphics controllers only support DVI single-link rates, which only supports up to 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz. DVI dual-link is not supported. 3. If the issue persists, and you have used other monitors and cables, please provide that information as it will help us troubleshoot this issue. Wanner G. This drive (24.20.100.6286) works just like the others, it's the first one I used. I've reinstalled my OS three times, I've noticed that setting up the desktop background starts the problem.

Hello JMora26, Since you have tested other monitors and cables, and the issue persists, this may occur because Windows* does not detect the monitor immediately and a default resolution may be selected. A workaround for this behavior is disabling Sleep Mode in Windows*. However, if this is not a solution for you, then we recommend you to contact Intel Customer Support directly (phone or chat) in your region.
