So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Hello cisco345,

Thank you for posting in the community. It seems you're experiencing black lines appearing behind the character, and there could be various reasons for this issue. To investigate further, I have a few questions:

  1. Could you tell me which game you are playing and where you downloaded it from?
  2. Does this issue occur with specific characters or maps in the game?
  3. What is your GPU, and which graphics driver is currently installed on your system?
  4. Are you encountering this issue with other games as well?
  5. Have you tested with previous graphics drivers?

Additionally, as suggested by @AlHill, it would be helpful to provide System Support Utility (SSU) logs so I can review your system information. Please share them in this thread.

Best regards,
