CarlosF, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, please check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Hello, I have a Lenovo Think Pad P50, I7 with windows 10 and it is used in work environment.

After several trys, and this question in the forum,  I "stressed" it by pressing ctfl+alt+F12 continuously .   After several times 'old" control panel openned and llink to it was added to desktop like in the description of the article 000005596.

Now I can disable hotkeys from Intel to use them in my toll.
