how to fix black screen after boot up in xps13

after updating win10, my XPS boot up and after bell logo disappear the screen goes to black
I run the windows in safe mode and disable intel graphics 520, and restart my pc the windows work fine but in windows display adapter, intel graphics 520 does not work, I install the last version of intel graphics 520 but it has same the problem.

anyone can help me with this problem

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

To better assist you please provide the following information:

  • What version of Windows* is currently installed?
  • Please provide graphics driver version.
  • Do you get any error code in device manager?
  • How did you update the graphics driver?


I would appreciate if you could follow the steps provided by AlHill and provide the report so we can continue with the assistance.

Let me expand upon that last question. Where did you get the graphics driver? From Dell's site or from the Intel site?
