i keep getting wavy lines and flickering of menu bars across my screen on my p.c

the specks are:

Asus p8z77v-lx motherboard

Intel i5 3570 k

16 gig of g-skill ripjaw ram

Oh Sorry forgot to mention aswell my moniter is a Aoc 831w vga 1366 by 768 resolution screen

Please post the dxdiag report from that system and a screenshot of the issue that you are seeing so we may have a clear picture of your problem.
