In order to verify the compatibility and help you with this issue, please share with us the following information:
- Please share with us the download link where you are getting the driver from.
- Is there any error message on the driver installer interface?
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response for more information on the hardware configuration.

this issue is very urgent - please propose a fix:
Application is using Directx9 (Winamp 5.92 running the Visualization plugin Milkdrop 2.25d).
Application crashes only with Intel Iris Xe Graphis driver (its running fine with Radeon Graphics driver or Intel UHD Graphics 600 31.0.101.2115 driver on a second computer)
Error Messsage of Winamp applikcation is attached.
Intel Support Utility Log is attached as well
Please fix this fast - it is very annoying!!
