i have dell precision 5530 but from the last couple of weeks ive had this problem that when i play games like rust, valorant, cs go, fortnite it will work fine for example i would get like 150 fps on valorant after a while there will be random intervals between 10 seconds to 50 seconds or more when my fps will start dropping to like 12 in valorant during this time in task manager i can see that the nvidia gpu is working fine but the intel gpu has risen to like 100
i have already placed cooler under laptop so temperature is fine, i have updated graphics card and i have scanned computer for viruses nothing works

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

That is not what your ssu report says.  It says you have 2127, and the latest is 2135

Try a different charger, different battery, and contact dell for hardware support.
