is there is any way to support raid option at Intel® 82801IBM I/O Hub Controller

my labtop is dv7-2173 has /Product.aspx?id=34229 Intel® 82801IBM I/O Controller and this hub doesn't support raid controller is any way to enable it.

note: only /Product.aspx?id=34336 Intel® 82801IEM I/O Controller support raid option and it looks very similar to my own I/O hub controller.

No, this is not possible.

Imagine how are you going to change the bios to enable the raid bios utility??

Like this, there are other things that wont be possible like set registers, enable other features.

One more thing, where will you get the raid drivers?
