my screen turns black when i install my graphic driver

when i try to install my graphic driver my screen turns black and it crashes i have to enter safe mode to delete the driver and switch to microsoft basic adaptor then i can again use my pc please tell me how i can install my graphic driver to use my VRAM 

processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6006U

my driver id intel HD 520

windows version 22H2
