not working intel ARC Control with A380 and AMD Ryzen 1600

There is impossible to turn on with newest version on Intel Arc Control in my system 

specification;

Windows 11 PRO 64 bit (23H2)

Asrock Arc A 380 Intel Grafic Card with driver version Apr 20, 2024

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6 core processor,

MSI  MPG X570 Gaming Plus 

Intel Arc Control : version 1.77.5529.0

How to solve problem?

Is any other software solution to control   Asrock Arc A380 grafic card?
