I recently bought nuc7cjyh and OS is win 10 pro.
My monitor is Dell U2711. (2560*1440)
When I try to change resolution. there is no higher option than 1920*1080.
Also I installed lastest graphic driver.
I heard nuc7cjyh(uhd graphics 600) support up to 4K.
I cannot find the way to change 2560*1440 resolution or 4K.
Did I miss anything?

Hello triumphkay,
Thank you for joining the Intel Community Support.
As you were saying, the maximum supported resolution in your Intel® NUC Kit NUC7CJYH is 4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz via HDMI or DisplayPort. I would like to gather some information about your system to troubleshoot these issues you are having.
How are you connecting your monitor? Are you using any adapter?
Are trying to change the resolution on the Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel, a game or an application?
Also, please provide the following reports:
1. DxDiag report.
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.
2. Graphics report with the monitor connected to your unit.
1. Right click on the Desktop, and click on Graphics Properties.
2. Click Options and Support, and then click Information Center.
3. Click on Save (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report.

Hello triumphkay,
Thank you for your response.
In order to troubleshoot the issues when changing the resolution on your system, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Clean install of the latest graphics driver for Intel® UHD Graphics 600 Version: 24.20.100.6136 (Latest)
1. Disconnect your unit from the internet.
2.Please uninstall both the Intel Graphics driver and the Intel Display audio driver. To do this, please follow the steps on the link below under these sections:
-Uninstalling the Intel Graphics Driver via the Device Manager Method
-Uninstalling the Intel® Display Audio Driver or the Intel® HDMI Audio Driver via the Device Manager Method.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005598/graphics-drivers.html
3.Restart your Intel® NUC. Please go to the device manager and check if Windows installed another version of the graphics driver. If it does, please remove it and restart your computer one more time. Repeat the process until you get the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.
4.Once you do, please proceed with the clean install of the latest graphics driver version. Please find the link below:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27847/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=126787
5.Once the latest driver has been installed, you may enable the internet connection again.
Step 2. Install the driver for your Dell U2711 from your monitor manufacturer's website.
http://www.dell.com/support/home/ng/en/ngbsdt1/product-support/product/dell-u2711/drivers
Step 3. Try changing your screen resolution.
I hope this fixes the issue.

Hello triumphkay,
In this case, I recommend you to try using DisplayPort. According to your monitor specifications, it supports it.
http://www.dell.com/ae/business/p/dell-u2711/pd
Other users have also reported that the issue is fixed if Dual Link DVI or DisplayPort output is used.
I hope this helps.

Hi. Wanner
Thank you for your helps.
Ok. I finally found the solution. Now I'm using full 2560*1440 resolution in Dell u2711 with HDMI.
In my case,
I doubt whether the monitor and cables are OK or not.
so, I tried to change the monitor, and then the other monitor is fine.
I think My monitor has some problems or It does not support 2560*1440 by HDMI cable. hrmmm.
So, I opened Intel UHD graphics control panel and Made new custom resoultion width 2560 height 1440 60hz CVT-RB
then, the Monitor had gone black. It showed no HDMI cable... what the...
However, I unplugged the HDMI cable and plugged it in. It Works! I have QHD not FHD.
sometimes the monitor shows no HDMI cable. but it is ok.
I think it is not the best solution but ok now.
I am appreciated with your help Wanner.
