Hello Daydaysee

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We would like to inform you that Intel only offers and supports drivers for Windows Operating Systems (OS). For Linux OS we assist the community in the creation and support. Is there a way to reproduce this issue with our official Windows drivers?

Also, we suggest reporting this to your OS developer for proper debugging and possibly new driver update from their site.

Intel Graphics Drivers for Linux* are also available in source form. The Intel Graphics for Linux site describes other ways you can obtain drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005520/graphics.html

Thank you for your reply.

We have not tested MediaSDK on the Windows  OS.

Thanks for you suggestion, we will try the new drives for Linux.

Hello Daydaysee

Thank you for your response and the information provided.

In this case, if the behavior persists after testing with the latest drivers for Linux, the best recommendation we can provide is to report this to the OS developer for proper validation and debugging from their side.

Having said that and since we are not able to replicate this on Windows® OS, we will proceed to close this thread now. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer being monitored. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
