Well, im writing because i give up!

cant do anything to solve that, so i need some help!

Just bought a brand new laptop (Gigabyte G5 KD)

its amazing! but there's a problem!

EVERYTIME when my battery reach from 35%~34% the screen dims to zero brightness!

everything is set and ok, battery plans are revised, latest drivers...

THE SAME THING happened with other laptop that was used just to test the same condition

I need some advice!

Not an intel problem.  Contact the device manufacturer.

You're right!

That's a battery saver "feature" from Gigabyte!

That's horrible!

Thanks for your fast reply!

Can you make a screenshot from your system control panel?

Did you switch off reducing brightness there?
