In reference to this scenario, the first thing that we recommend to do is to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the board, in this case Gigabyte, to confirm with them if their board is fully compatible with Ubuntu 20.04 as operating system.

If they confirm that the Ubuntu 20.04 was validated and tested as fully compatible with their board, then they should be able to provide a graphics driver tested and customized by them to work with your specific platform, that should be the proper graphics driver for your system.
While checking with them, we also recommend to verify if the latest BIOS version is currently installed on your computer or to gather the instructions on how to do that.
The Intel® Core™ i7-11700 processor work with Intel® UHD Graphics 750 as the graphics controller, we do have graphics drivers but only for Windows* since that was the operating system tested and validated by Intel® as you can confirm in the following link:
