I have a Surface pro with Intel iris plus graphics 640.

I can't get my graphics drivers to work with Vulkan... I have the latest drivers that I can get on surface. I also installed the laatest VulkanRT version.

What i get it from vulkaninfo.exe is that ICD is not compatible. Would really appreciate some help

Does Vulkan fail with any driver or only with the latest one?

In latter case try older drivers from this list https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/98911/Intel-Iris-Plus-Graphics-640 Downloads for Intel® Iris™ Plus Graphics 640 (hit show more).

Otherwise create reports from

I have 24.20.100.6286, got it to work by uninstalling the drivers 2 times then install the drivers manually. But if I restart the computer I get a Device ERROR in vulkaninfo.exe

Hello charaldooo,

Thank you for your response.

Does your system show this behavior if you use other graphics driver versions as recommended above?

If using other versions do not fix this issue, please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread.

1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600

2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.

3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.
