Intel ARC Control is already closed when this issue occurs. I don't open it unless necessary.

I removed the games from the Game Library and ran them again, but the issue persists.

I updated my BIOS, but the problem still exists.

I installed the old graphics driver version 31.0.101.5518, and the issue is still there.

My power supply is an Asus TUF-GAMING-650B 650W 80 Plus Bronze 135mm Gaming Power Supply.

Rebar is enabled.

Normally, this wasn't happening so frequently, but it has increased recently.

The issue has always been there, it did not occur after an update.

Only the application called Discord is open in the background when running 4:3 games.

I ran the Intel® System Support Utility, the text file is below.

The games where I experience the issue are: Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, RainbowSix, GTA5.

When I experience this issue, there is no freezing. I find a solution by restarting the computer.

My monitor model is: Samsung Odyssey G3 LS24AG320NUXUF 24" 1 ms Full HD FreeSync Pivot.

Hello Remzi,

Thank you for posting at Intel Community Forum.

For me to properly address this concern, please share the following details:

1.What display cable are you using?

2.Have you tried using another monitor?

3.What is the full motherboard model?

Based on the SSU logs, it seems that the driver that you are currently using is outdated since you rolled back to that driver, please try to update the driver to latest version and use DDU.

Download link for - Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

Steps on - How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver

We hope to hear from you soon!

Hello Jed G.

1.Normally I use DisplayPort. What I've tried: I tried a different DP cable, the problem persists. I also tried an HDMI cable, and the issue continues.

2.I figured out that the issue isn't with the monitor because in a YouTube video, only the part that's being played is corrupted; the areas outside the video are not affected.

3. Gigabyte B550M K AMD B550 Socket AM4 DDR4 4733(OC)MHz mATX

As a solution, I did the following: The product was still under warranty, so I sent it back to the place where I bought it for warranty service. When it comes back, I will update the drivers and use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

Thank you for your help.

Hi Remzi,

Thank you for sharing this information.

Since you claimed warranty for the unit, I will be closing this inquiry for now. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
