I understand that your system with the Intel® Arc™ A770 16GB graphics card is now experiencing frequent crashes when running Peace Elite PC Simulator, whereas previously the crashes only occurred occasionally. To move forward, we’d like to gather a bit more detail so we can pinpoint the root cause and provide the best possible solution. Could you please share:
- Have you already tried updating to the latest Intel® Arc™ driver to the latest one, and if so, did the issue persist?
- Could you please confirm which Intel® Arc™ graphics driver version is currently installed?
- Is the game installed through an official platform (such as Tencent’s emulator or another launcher), and have you updated it to the latest version?
- When the crash happens, do you see an error message, a black screen, or does the game simply close?
- Does the crash occur after a specific amount of playtime or under certain conditions (e.g., high graphics load, specific maps, or actions)?
- Are you running any other programs (recording tools, overlays, monitoring software) at the same time that might affect performance?
Additionally, could you provide an Intel® SSU (System Support Utility) report so we can review your system configuration in detail? This will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. These are usually the worst kind of bugs as they prevent us from using the application or completing the game. You can enable the OS to generate logs that can help us debug the issue. Please note the exact graphics driver version used when the dump/log files are generated. Kindly share your game's crash dump.
