When I want to broadcast with Obs, some games give an error 5-10 minutes after opening the game. I get the most errors when playing CS2 and Diablo 4. The game freezes, gives a black screen or turns off by itself... My system can easily handle the game + broadcast, I was using 1050ti before and I did not have such a problem.
I have a arc a750, ryzen 5 3600x, 16GB ram
Arc a 750 versiyon 31.0.101.4952

Hello Yerdeniz,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- Do the games work properly without OBS running?
- Provide a list you are having this issue with.
- Take screenshots of the game settings and OBS settings. This will help us in case we need to replicate the issue.
- Is there any error message? If so, provide a screenshot of it.
- To know your system environment, run and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Hello Yerdeniz,
Thank you for your response and for the information provided it is very helpful.
I am aware that your graphics card is an Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics, but there are different editions. For example, Limited Edition, Asrock, etc. Do you know what edition you have? This is going to help us to identify if this issue happens to a specific edition or not.
Please follow the steps below, based on the Intel® SSU report that your system is not up to date, and let me know the results:
- I see you installed the latest graphics driver, have you tried clean installing it with the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), before installing the driver 31.0.101.4952? If you need guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- We recommend having the system up to date for better performance on the graphics card. Update the BIOS to version 4401. For installation steps, contact ASUS.

Hello Yerdeniz,
Thank you for your wait time.
We have finished with the issue, but we were unable to replicate it. While Streaming Counter Strike 2 after playing while streaming on YouTube for around 10 to 12 minutes I could not notice any hang, crash, or the app getting closed, or the screen getting black the game ran pretty well with no issue at all. You can check this YouTube Video for the results
Also, I want to let you know, that there is a new graphics driver, as you did before clean install it following the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver. Then, install the driver 31.0.101.4972.
Please let me know the results.

I haven't had any errors for a while, I've only had one out of memory error, and that was probably related to the game I was playing.
