[ARC B580]Get freezing when play LOST ARK

After each update/reinstallation of the graphics driver, i playing LOSTARK (DirectX 11) for 30 minutes to 2 hours will freeze. My screen stops or goes black, but I can hear the game sound and cannot perform other operations. I can only use the task manager to close it. It may freeze 2-3 times, after which the game will continue to run normally until I update/reinstall the graphics driver again. Is there any way to solve this problem?

你好兄弟，经过我刚才重新安装驱动，我再通过WIN8兼容性进入游戏时变得非常卡顿，我硬着头皮玩了半个小时左右选择尝试切回正常启动，并与我的朋友打最后一个初代魅魔，但是在P2刚进场那个到处都是花的悬崖上卡死。

我回顾我的卡死经历，都与骤增的显卡负载有关。昨天在混沌地牢卡死都是怪物突然大量刷新时卡死，今天在黑龙副本里也是在黑龙吐电的时候卡死。

总而言之，如果兼容性设置成win8会造成很大程度卡顿的话，那就变成了一个没有必要的选项了，就算它能避免卡死也不值得。不知道你如此设置会不会变卡。

我这边经过测试兼容改win8一样会卡死，在那之前也会出现像你形容的那样卡顿

我也是基本无计可施了，我在b580贴吧回帖的时候，有个老哥说他的是TRI版本的b580，玩方舟没有出现问题。
我的是公版的，难道显卡版本也有区别？

我主要是上机了退不了了，倒霉蛋一个如果能卡死个两三次之后就稳定，暂时只能先不更新驱动玩了

兄弟，我刚尝试升级我的BIOS，虽然新版BIOS内容应该跟B580不沾边，但我玩了很久都没有卡死，但是一直有点掉帧。于是我打开驱动看了一眼，resizable bar是关闭状态，XMP也没开，或许是因为更新了BIOS一切设置回归默认的原因，或许你可以试试把resizable bar关掉，试一下还会不会卡死。

目前我不知道是因为BIOS原因还是因为关了resizable bar的原因没出现卡死，我先打开resizble bar 等明天刷刷日常看看会不会卡死，如果还是卡死那就关掉再重装一次驱动再测一遍。

当正常从wegame启动游戏的时候，会在这个路径下面生成一个LOG文件，或许等下次卡死的情况发生的时候，能从相应的文件里根据里面的时间戳找到一些有用的信息也不一定，或许英特尔家的技术人员能看得懂里面的东西吧。。。

可能有些碎碎念了，我也希望这个问题能够解决。。。

那种卡顿仿佛是将游戏放在了机械硬盘里，在主城走路每加载一些新的玩家，整个画面都会卡住一下，在星辰护卫BOSS第一次释放技能的时候画面都会有不同程度的卡顿，但是如果熬过了第一把，你重复打第二把的时候就不卡了，但是你切下一个角色又得重新熬一遍，非常折磨人。混沌地牢也是第一次刷新某种怪物的时候就会严重卡顿，但后面重复刷新又不卡。

不知道你的电脑开启兼容性以后会是什么样子，我这边指的是lostark根目录下WeGameLauncher文件夹内的launcher.exe，游戏也是通过这个文件打开。

不过这个文件夹里面有一个LOG文件夹，里面你每次用launcher.exe打开游戏的时候都会生成一个对应时间的log文件，我不知道如果开启兼容性后仍然出现游戏卡死的情况的话，这个文件内是否会存在一些有价值的内容，不过值得一试，兄弟！

我也是国服 用了B580一个多月了 这次更新的最新驱动版本一直遇到画面卡死 回滚驱动也没有用

我试过多个版本的驱动 问题都没有解决 试过更改别的硬件 目前只要是显卡为B580那么问题都是存在的

i also have the same problem on NA server of Lost Ark. just upgraded from GTX1080 to B580 ASROCK Challenger card

GTX1080 never had any freeze issues

B580 has froze twice now on first day using the card, first time when entering chaos dungeon, it froze instantly

2nd time during Aegir Raid Gate 1 in middle of the fight

I do notice FPS seems low in raid running at 1080P, FPS is lower than GTX1080

i also notice the same issue where in chaos dungeon, new mobs spawn at start, there is a bit of lag

I have resize bar on and paired with 5600x3d. not running win8 compatibility mode

Hi, hopefully after one more freeze, your game can run normally without any freezing. At least mine works like that.
And yes. B580 have lag issues with this game, is quite disappointing that even a 1660s run this game better in 1080p.

how's your FPS? for example, in chaos dungeon i see it hover around 80fps which seems a bit low. are you saying after a few more crash, the FPS will increase/stabilize more?

I mean after 2-3 crashes, there will be no more crashes until u reinstall/update the graphic drive.
Is a really weird bug.
And the fps, I’m using a 1080p
60hz screen for now. But I can tell u it’s pretty unstable, drop under 50 really often.
