This card is quiet a mess...
Enshrouded crashed to desktop when I try loading a save or start a new game - VK device lost while generating Frame so the log said.
Empyrion is a frame show - in some POIs it is no FpS it is SpF.
Under Linux the driver installation corruptes the whole system - the APT is completly unusable giving errors to upgrade all of the installed packages - when I try this it said the packages can't be upgraded because an older version can*t be installed over the newer one.
Subnautica crashes randomly with this card.
The last known good driver was the one windows 10 update installed. 31.0.101.4314
All drivers after this version causes crashes randomly at the most of games and software. Even with Super (Video converter) the card crashes. Sometimes the crashes so persistent I have to restart the PC to get rid of the crashed application because I can't kill the process and even Windows can't kill it.

Hello Tialuna,
To start with and better understand the issue, please answer the following questions I have below:
- Could you please share the exact graphics settings you used for both Enshrouded and Empyrion? A screenshot of the graphics settings for each game would be very helpful.
- Please update to the latest driver version and ensure you use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the older version before installing the new one. Follow this link for DDU instructions.
- Generate a System Support Utility (SSU) report so I can further analyze important details about your system. Kindly follow this article and send us the SSU logs.
- If Linux, Intel® System Support Utility for the Linux* Operating System
- What gaming platform distributions are each of the games from (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
Additional resources:
Random Crashes with Error Message “VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST”... (intel.com)
I look forward to your response. Thank you!

So I'm again.
I installed 7-zip to unzip the 444kB msi-file and run the ssu.exe with admin rights. Now it works.
I upload with this post a bunch of files:
3 pictures of Enshrouded settings, 2 Pictures of Empyrion Settings, the SSU textfile, the SSU detailed textfile, the directX logfile and the enshrouded logfile
best regards

Hi Randy T.,
thanks for replying my threat. My used config in both games is the lowest settings I can get.
For Linux... I have switched back to windows 10 22H2. So the Linux problem is "solved".... not really but nothing of concern now.
I want to use the System Support Utility, but when I try to install it, the Error Code 2755 is shown and the install failed. I try it again after restart.
The only gaming platform I uses are steam and GoG. Now I have to restart my PC, because Enshrouded.exe has crashed with the waitforfences 10s Error - VK Device Lost and the task still is open and cannot be killed.....

Hello Tialuna,
Have you tried the resolution I provided? Random Crashes with Error Message “VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST”... (intel.com) Since you're using the latest graphics driver, please try updating the game.
If you're experiencing crashes, freezes, or performance issues, please verify and repair the game files through your game client (Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, GOG Galaxy, or Battle.net).
If the problem persists, consider using DDU to uninstall the current driver and then reinstall the latest version.
If you need to reinstall GPU drivers, we recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to perform a clean installation of the GPU drivers, a guide on how to use DDU can be found here
Let me know how it goes!

I have tried a different resolution, the result is still the same.
Even with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, 32GB Ram and a MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus Mainboard (my new setup) nothing changed. Enshrouded crashes like hell.
I set the resolution to 1024*768 - quiet low - the crashes are mor frequently with the lower resoulution. With the new driver I installed a new Error has occured:
[W 00:06:23,058] [server] Failed to open Server Info message. error='out of memory'
With this the crashes are so intense, the whole PC freezes instant, only a restart helps. With the driver Windows Update provides this error isn't there, only with the newest one.
Enshrouded runs on the "**bleep**ty" Vulkan API, which the latest version is installed.
With my new setup, the problems in Empyrion, Starfield and Subnautica are gone. Only Enshrouded is a mess in a nutshell.

Hi Tialuna,
For troubleshooting and isolation purposes, could you please disable Turbo in the motherboard BIOS, if that option is available? Run the system and let me know if the crashing persists.
If disabling Turbo resolves the crashing issue, this information will help us determine the best course of action moving forward.
Thank you for your cooperation.
