Hi everyone, the problem is simple. The issue happens when I play a game via steam (r6, delta force, poe2, cs2 and etc) there is sudden fps drops like 240 280 to, games freezes for a second and after that there will be a steam notification pop up.
tldr: Steam notifications drops fps and freezes game even before showing up. SSU included.
