Good morning, this is my first post, I would like to report that I am having Performance problems in several of my games. Attached is a comparison video I made between my RX 7600 and my ARC A770. Where in multiple games such as starting Metro Exodus, the GPU Usage is between 60% and 70% and my Processor is only at approximately 40%. It doesn't seem to me that it's a bottleneck problem, but rather it's as if my ARC A770 was sleeping.
In the next game, Red Dead Redemption 2, everything works perfectly, although it seems to me that the use of the Processor is sometimes extremely high, even reaching 90%, when using the RX 7600 the most the Processor has been used is about 70% .
In Black Myth Wukong, there is not much to report, except that the GPU again, its use is limited to being between 94% and 96%, I do not understand why its maximum potential is not used.
With Cyberpunk 2077 it is even worse, because the GPU usage is practically limited to 85%, I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that Ray Tracing is activated in that test, but such low and limited GPU usage doesn't seem normal to me. . Rather, it seems that the Processor is the one that is fighting to maintain the game.
The other games show signs similar to those mentioned above, in Marvel Spider-Man it has happened to me that the game freezes out of nowhere for seconds and then everything continues normally.
You can see everything I am describing in the video, I would like you to clarify if it is normal, I understand that the ARC A770 has 2400mhz Core Clock, but then being at that frequency means that even if it says that the GPU is at 80%, Does it really mean that it is at its maximum? It shouldn't, I think, literally my RX 7600 won in all tests except Cyberpunk 2077 by very little, and if one compares the characteristics between both Cards, the ARC A770 is supposed to have almost double the RX 7600 in EVERYTHING!!.
I apologize if the Post is very long, I leave you now with the link to the video and the specifications of my PC. By the way, all my games are Original, from platforms like Steam and Epic Games, all is up to date.

Hi FlankerManiacVzl,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing performance issues with your Arc 770. To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below:
- Can you provide us with a screenshot of the performance on the task manager of each game?
- Kindly provide us also with the game settings of each game for us to try and replicate the issue.
- What is the exact make and model of your monitor?
- What is the refresh rate and resolution you're using on your monitor?
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Best regards,

Hello!! Thanks for responding.
My Monitor is a LG 24", 1920 x 1080p resolution and 75hz refresh rate. Model: 24MP60G-B
Here I also send you the requested TXT.
You can see the graphic adjustments in the games one by one in the video that I sent you previously, forgive me if it is not understood as it is in Spanish, since it is my natural language, but in essence there are all the games mentioned in Max Settings, except Wukong which Everything is on HIGH Settings, all games at 1080p, FSR Native or Max Quality possible, without FPS blocking of any kind. Ray Tracing activated in both Spider Man, Dead Space, The Callisto Protocol, Cyberpunk 2077 and Metro Exodus.
I send you two images where you can see the Task Manager while the Cyberpunk 2077 Benchmark is running, both Max Settings, XeSS Quality, 1080p, one with RayTracing and the other without it. Where you can see that with RayTracing the CPU shoots up to 100% usage while the GPU barely does anything, without RayTracing the processor is not so strained, but the GPU also seems asleep. I come back and repeat, it does not happen with all games, some do go as they should because 99% GPU and the Processor is quite well. So I want you to clarify, is this a case of bottleneck? Is it a case of Drivers? Bad Optimization of games for Intel Video Cards??
I am only sending you the Screenshots of Task Manager in Cyberpunk 2077 because in other games like Metro Exodus, practically the same thing happens, only in Cyberpunk is where the GPU is most noticeable as "Asleep"
Thanks in advance!!

Hi FlankerManiacVzl,
Thank you for patiently waiting.
Some of the games you reported is already under investigation on our end. However, we need to gather more information about this issue:
- Did you performed DDU before installing the latest graphics driver version?
- Is Re-BAR enabled in the BIOS?
- Kindly share the CapFrameX data for each game with a minimum of 5 mins of gameplay so we can analyze it further.
Here is the instruction how to get CapFrameX:
CapFrameX Installation instructions:
- Go to https://www.capframex.com/download and download the latest version of CapframeX.
- Go to https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html and download the latest version of RTSS.
- Unzip both installers and install them.
- Launch CapFrameX and then close it. This is so it creates the user Configuration folder.
- Download and unzip the file OverlayEntryConfiguration_0.json (attached in this post) with the recommended RTSS configuration.
- Paste this file to %userprofile%\Documents\CapFrameX\Configuration.
- In the Capture tab, set the "Capture time" to 0. This is to remove the preset limit in capture time.
- In the Overlay tab, uncheck "Auto-Disable OSD" and click the save icon.
Capturing the Performance Data:
- Open CapframeX and do NOT minimize or close it.
- Open the game and go to the part of the game you need to be to reproduce the issue. You should see the RTSS overlay in the top left corner of your screen, with the status "<game name> ready to capture…".
- Press F11 to start capturing data and reproduce the issue. The Status in the overlay will change to "Recording frametimes XX s".
- Once you have reproduced the issue, press F11 to finish the data capturing. The Status in the overlay will change to "Processing data".
- Back to CapFrameX, you can find all the data captures in the left panel of the Analysis tab. Clicking any one of these captures will display the results on the right.
- To export the data captured as a JSON file, right click the capture and click on "Copy/paste recording file(s)".

Hi!!!
Indeed when i install the new Drivers, i use the DDU Software to completely remove the Drivers from my previous RX 7600.
And yes, I do indeed have the Re-Bar activated, I am going to give you a screenshot where you can see it.
Regarding the other thing, give me some time because my vacation is over and I have little free time now.
Thank you very much in advance.

Hello!!
Here I send you another record in CapFrameX, this time in Spider-Man Miles Morales in a WinRar File.
Here it is one of the worst in performance, the game literally freezes for seconds every so often, in fact when it does you see the textures of the buildings like plasticine, as if the Vram Memory could not load them in time. But the most obvious thing is that throughout the gameplay the I5 11600KF was always at 100% Usage. While the ARC A770 was barely at 40% or 50%.
Graphics Settings in Miles Morales: Very High + Intel XeSS Q + High Ray Tracing
It is clear to me that there is a very serious bottleneck here on my PC.
I tried to do the same with Stalker 2, but within seconds of starting, the game crashes incessantly. But it is a much more chaotic case, the Game literally puts the CPU and the GPU at 100%, with some serious stuttering that bring the fps to zero with every step I take.
I think its time to change my I5 11600KF, what do you think??

Hi there!!
It's been a week and I still haven't received a response from you.
I'm currently using my RX 7600 because I really don't know what to do with my ARC A770, if the games don't crash, then they stutter all the time and it makes my CPU almost catch on fire, even with a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE.
I already bought an Intel Core I7 12700KF, when it arrives the first thing I will do is test it with the ARC A770, but still, it seems very strange to me that the Bottlenecks are so exaggerated with the I5 11600KF.
Thanks in advance!!

Quick Update.
Indeed it was a brutal bottleneck that was affecting the performance of my ARC A770 so terribly. I ran tests on Stalker 2, Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine 2, Hogwarts Legacy and Black Myth Wukong, using my new Intel Core I7 12700KF paired with 32gb of DDR5 RAM at 6000MTs. And the gaming experience was SUBLIME, especially in Stalker 2.
Thanks to the fact that they FINALLY released the long-awaited patch to fix the performance problems, the game runs in Epic, FSR 3.1 Native, Frame Generation and 1080p and moves perfectly well at 72fps limited by RTSS, without Crashes, without Jerks, without Tearing, everything is PERFECT!!! After having played more than two hours straight. Which is literally an ACHIEVEMENT, before with the previous 11600KF, the game crashed in less than 15 minutes.
Now I can say, I LOVE THIS ARC A770 GPU!!!! I don't regret having bought it. I will continue doing tests.
