I was using the iGPU of my i5=11600K on an Asus H570 board.
I had no problems with the realtek audio 1/8" jack powering my speakers or using my bluetooth headphones.
Now the only audio that works is running a 1/8" speaker cable out of one of my monitors. The Realtek does nothing and I can't get audio from bluetooth any more.
I am using 31.0.101.4369 Arc Driver
Newest bluetooth and Wifi drivers form intel
I have selected the correct audio output.
When the headphones connect, they say "Connected" but no audio comes out of them.
What else can I try?

Fixed with some ASUS Drivers and a BIOS update.
This also helped with monitor wake issues.

Unfortunately, the only way I can get sound is to pull the audio from a monitor. I cant go straight through the PC audio outputs. Its a functional work around but not good.
Also, only one monitor works after wake up, it will wake up after a short sleep, but after a while, I just have to reboot.
