Batman Arkham knight 2 FPS and no video card problem

(sorry for using translation)

Hello, my problem is that in the game "Batman Arkham Knight", the game does not see the video card. It sees it as Microsoft basic.
Before that, the game would not open at all, no error. I solved that problem with difficulty, but I can't solve this one.
I'm using the latest arc driver. Another friend said that he had the same problem with the same game before, but you didn't find a solution.

Seems like the game is running on CPU render, in that case, it could be:

1- No drivers installed and/or corrupted drivers (uninstall any GPU drivers with DDU and download latest drivers from intel website)
2- If dedicated GPU, It could be PCI express bad contact, try reseating the GPU

3- Resizable bar disabled and/or old motherboard BIOS, should update it to the latest stable version.
