- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your reply.
- When the games crash without a Blue Screen of Death, is there any error message?
- Is Resizable BAR enabled on your system?

Thank you for sharing this information with us. Please let's try the following steps:
- Uninstall the current driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. Once uninstalled update to the latest version that recently came out version 31.0.0101.4311.
- Reset your BIOS to default settings.
- If the issue persists, please try using a minimal configuration(motherboard, GPU, one stick of RAM, one SSD) set up to make sure that other components are not causing the issue.
If the issue continues I would like to ask you for the following information:
- I see that ARK Survival Evolved crashes with an error message, in regards to the other games do they just come up with the BSOD after 10-20 minutes of playing?
- What distribution service were the games downloaded from?

after reinstall driver, reset bios and use minimal configuration Games still crash but I can play longer than before. (1-3 hours)
I'm play Ark survival from steam.
other games have same problem as Ark survival too. Sometimes it will BSOD sometime just crash and show error message.
I attach text files from Warthunder crash report.it got same problem as Ark survival.
But some games are fine I can play with no problem. (War Selection, Minecraft)

We continue working on this issue and would like to ask you for the Windows memory dump files so we can further research the problem. You can find the files in the path: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump. Once you locate the log files, create a copy and attach them to your response. Make sure to look for these log files only right after a BSOD has happened.

Thank you for sharing the log files. We will need to check the logs and see if we find the source of the crashes. We also have released 2 new driver versions 31.0.101.4314 and 31.0.101.4335. Please test these drivers by doing an installation with Display Driver Uninstaller and let us know if the same issue happens.

Hi. Now I’m update driver to 31.0.101.4335
Ark survival still crash with same error message. Overwatch can play without BSOD now.
and I play War thunder for 40 minutes no problem. Roblox after play for 1-2 hours sometime it will go back to Home Screen by itself no error message.
After have this problem for month it’s make me think maybe problem isn’t from driver but from games.
*Edit War thunder crash again after play for 4 match(1+ hours) this is log file after crash

We have analyzed the dump files you provided and they show conflicts with ntkrnlmp.exe crashing which may be due to a conflict in graphics drivers or the GPU itself. We have tried to replicate the issue based on the information that you have provided so far, however, we were not able to replicate and the games worked fine in our system.
In this case, the best advice we can give you will be to contact your place of purchase in order to process a warranty replacement for it. In case, there are issues processing the warranty with your place of purchase you can contact us directly to explore warranty options:
