I have an B580 limited edition launch version and I can't update the drivers with the graphics control software. It says graphics drivers ready to be installed but when i try to update the drivers it brings up the thing that says install now or later and when I click on now it closes the little window and then does nothing.
The only way to update the drivers is to go to the driver website everytime. I've had this issue since getting this gpu.
Also if I try to view release notes for the drivers, a window pops up saying we couldn't create the data directory and the window for the release notes is empty.

Hi thank you for the response
I am on the latest version of the driver which is 32.0.101.6881
I am sorry but do not know what troubleshooting steps I should take. The only thing I have done is when installing new drivers using the .exe from the intel website I've selected clean installation.
