So i can't arrange the monitors in windows setting and after some looking i found out i need to first enable them in graphics card settings, which in my case is Intel
And as the name implies, when i go into Display settings in Intel Graphics Command Center and press on the three dots on any of the secondary monitors and then press Enable, nothing happens. I click on 3 dots again and it still says "Enable".
And before i get any questions, i have latest version Windows 10 with no updates available and the latest drivers that i could get through Intel Driver & Support Assistant. The cables work perfectly and monitors are fully functional as well. Tried reinstalling Intel Graphics Command center, didn't work.
How do i fix it?

Hello Artem2,
Based on my understanding you are trying to rearrange your monitors in windows. You can actually do it in Intel Graphics and Command Center. To do that you may follow this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005599/graphics.html
However, in case you are aiming to enable a discrete graphics card, may I please know model of the graphics card that you are using? You may also send us the SSU logs. Feel free to tell us more on why you are trying to rearrange your display so we can understand your inquiry better and provide you with the correct resolution.

I've been kinda busy lately and haven't tried the solutions yet, because before i recieved an answer to my post i also tried to reinstall windows and haven't set it up yet.
I'm running Windows through boot camp assistant on a 2020 Macbook Pro which has Intel Iris Plus grapchics, which theoretically supports the feature since it works on MacOS
I also thought of building a GTX1060/RX580 based eGPU for it. Would i be able to use the 2 monitors independently from one another by connecting them directly into the GPU?

i finished up reinstalling Windows and the monitors connected right away without even having to do anything in the Intel Graphics Command Center. Probably a Boot Camp issue after all.
