I have had these issues in Nesus, Europa, Neonuma, Throne World, EDZ... I expect it happens in every destination.
Random graphical artifacts, icons and waypoints with graphical artifacts.

I have tried running the latest non insider Windows 11 (22621.1344)
I have tried a DDU and reinstall of ARC driver 31.0.101.4146.
I have tried resetting bios to defaults and leaving everything auto.
I have tried all the above with ARC driver 31.0.101.4125.
REBAR is always enabled.
I have used a 6900XT in the same system without any issues at all in this game.

This is a new PC build with the same graphics card.
Intel A770 Limited Edition
AMD 5800X3D
ASUS Crosshair VIII Impact (AMD X570) BIOS 4402
32GB GSKILL 3800C15 (F4-4000C16D-32GTZNA)
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1413.
2X 2TB Samsung 980 PRO
Corsair AX1000 1000W PSU
Clean install of Windows, ARC Driver 31.0.101.4255.
Resizable BAR enabled.
