Destiny 2 (Lightfall) artifacts, waypoint and icon corruption

I have had these issues in Nesus, Europa, Neonuma, Throne World, EDZ... I expect it happens in every destination.

Random graphical artifacts, icons and waypoints with graphical artifacts.

Intel A770 Limited Edition
12900KF (STOCK)

MSI Z690 MPG Z690 FORCE WIFI (BIOS 7D30vAA - ME 16.1.25.2091)

32GB Teamgroup DDR5-6000 XMP (FF3D532G6000HC30DC01)

Windows 11 Pro 22624.1391

3X 2TB Samsung 980 PRO + Optane 800P 118GB

Corsair AX1000 1000W PSU

 

I have tried running the latest non insider Windows 11 (22621.1344)
I have tried a DDU and reinstall of ARC driver 31.0.101.4146.
I have tried resetting bios to defaults and leaving everything auto.
I have tried all the above with ARC driver 31.0.101.4125.

REBAR is always enabled.

 

I have used a 6900XT in the same system without any issues at all in this game.

Does your system meet the game’s minimum system requirements?

12900KF + 32GB RAM

Did you already installed the Intel Graphics Driver latest release found at Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers?

Yes, 31.0.101.4146

Please provide SSU

Please describe your issue as accurately as possible.

Random graphical artifacting in random locations, sometimes its possible to play for hours without issue, other times it happens instantly at start of playing

What distribution service did you get the game from?

(example: Steam / Origin / Epic / XboxGamePass / UbisoftConnect)

Steam, all DLC/expansions for Destiny 2

Please provide the game's graphic/video settings when the issue occurs.

Please let us know which game API was been used when the issue occurred

(examples: Vulkan, DX11, DX12, OpenGL, etc...)

Unselectable (DX11)

Is the power cable plugged in or not?

(running on AC power or Battery?)

NA

Please provide steps to replicate the issue.

These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
A screenshot to illustrate the issue is a huge plus. A video of the failure is even better! Attach to the post or provide the YouTube link.

1. Play the game for minutes

2. Play the game for hours

3. Reboot and repeat

Intel A770 Limited Edition
AMD 5800X3D
ASUS Crosshair VIII Impact (AMD X570) BIOS 4402
32GB GSKILL 3800C15 (F4-4000C16D-32GTZNA)
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.1413.
2X 2TB Samsung 980 PRO
Corsair AX1000 1000W PSU

 

Clean install of Windows, ARC Driver 31.0.101.4255.

Resizable BAR enabled.
