Driver version 7028 isn't stable.

First days i downloaded the driver actually there was nothing wrong with it but eventually i have figured some errors happening, so one of them is an error occuring when the fullscreen effect applies on screen somehow. When i'm streaming on Discord whenever i switch to Fullscreen or atleast the Fullscreen effects somehow being applied the screen gets darker. I'm not quite sure how to solve this. But secondly i have discovered another error which actually again happens when Fullscreen effect applies on screen. It goes as i try to launch almost anything. First happened when i was trying to launch cs2 but somehow cs2 was giving a screen error it launched the Valve screen then launched the actual Cs2 and the screen became transparent. Then i tried to launch Roblox and the screen became vantablack then the screen returned on but almost every app was working crashed. If i try to launch the same games without Exclusive Fullscreen or Windowed Fullscreen it happened as well but when i try to launch the games as Windowed nothing wrong really happens. This happened almost on every game i tried to play didn't happened on normal apps but as far as i do know it happens to happen on Games. I checked the event viewer on Windows 11 i have seen some Intel related problems happening. I Checked the Ssd quality, physical ram and virtual RAM, CPU, GPU usage when the crashes happen but i wasn't able to detect anything related to them except the Driver. So the event viewer report goes as; A timeout (30000 milliseconds) occurred while waiting for the Intel(R) SUR QC Software Asset Manager service to connect. This was reported in the System part. There's a problem with the new drivers as actually 7026 didn't create any problems. The Attached files are the examples of first error the screenshots are taken by my 2 different friends one using AMD and one using an Nvidia card and Hardware accelaration is off. It'd be really good if those errors are fixed in the next drivers.

I Can't edit the message for some reason that i really don't wanna think on why right now so im just gonna add the fact after the crashes the driver says Re-Size bar isn't enabled. Even tho it is enabled.

I Really can't figure why i cannot delete or edit my messages but i found what the issue is related to. It is a Speed Sync problem. Whenever it is on the crashes do happen. I don't i have much time so i didn't checked if the first issue is related to Speed Sync.
